Power Attorney
For individuals (Non-Kuwaiti citizens) those wishing to obtain public or private powers of attorney in Malaysia for use in the State of Kuwait.
There are several different bodies in Malaysia that give official mandate to individuals to represent themselves in legal matters. In general, individuals can obtain special powers of attorney from accredited attorneys, judges, public notary offices, or magistrates court employees.
After obtaining the official power of attorney through these agencies, it must be ratified by the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then you can submit it to the embassy for authentication.
